Refund & Credit Policy

One-time payment, no subscription

Credit packs are a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing and nothing auto-renews. You keep your credits until you use them — they do not expire.

How credits are charged

When you start a generation, the credits for that request are reserved up front. If the generation completes, those credits are spent. You are only charged for completed videos.

Failed generations return credits

If a generation is confirmed to have failed, the reserved credits for that request are automatically restored to your balance. You can try again at no additional cost.

Payment refunds vs credit returns

Credit returns (from a failed generation) are separate from payment refunds (returning money for a purchase). A restored credit does not reduce or change your original payment.

For payment refund requests, contact support with your order details. Refunds are handled case by case and may be limited once credits from a pack have been used.
